We automatically remove UK VAT from the basket when you enter a European address.

Please be aware there may be customs/ import VAT applied when the product enters your country, which you will be required to pay. We do not take any responsibility for these charges, and you will be required to pay them to your local customs authority to receive your goods. We accept no responsibility for any orders seized by customs. 

Understanding the customs charges and import regulations is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Usually products get through customs within a few days to 1 week, however we have had cases where it has taken 4-6 weeks at the most extreme. 

Sometimes when an  order is stuck in customs it won’t always state on the tracking that it is in customs, it may just say “left shipping country” or “due to enter destination country” and it may not update for a while. This is the time where it can be in customs for days to weeks. It is unknown and you often won’t get an update on tracking, then all of a sudden it will update when it’s complete. Customs handling time and overall shipping time is not our responsibility.
