Returning Unwanted Goods

If for any reason you want to return an unwanted and unopened product that you have received in the last 30 days, you are more than welcome to do so. Please contact us to arrange this. Once we receive the product back we will refund your order. Please note that in the case of an unwanted product, you will be required to cover the return shipping yourself. We recommend using a tracked service for your return, and ask that you include your full name, delivery address and order ID in your return, so we can easily identify it as yours.

Damaged

If your order arrives damaged please let us know by emailing us through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We would also ask that you take a picture of the damage, both to support your claim and help us understand the cause.

Order not arrived

All orders are shipped via a tracked service, and in the vast majority of UK cases arrive within 2 days. In some circumstances, delivery can take longer and we can only consider an order lost 10 working days after the due date. Only once 10 working days have passed from the due date can we issue a replacement/ refund.

European and international deliveries should arrive in around 1 week, but in rare cases they can take several weeks to arrive, usually due to customs. All our shipping is tracked, if an order is in customs it is not our responsibility, however if it is not in customs and the tracking hasn’t moved or is stuck, we will issue a refund or replacement after 20 working days since clearing customs.
